摘要
介绍了甘薯磨锉装置的试验内容及结果。工作性能用生产率、功耗、淀粉提取率和综合加权指标来评价。通过试验找出了影响工作性能的主要因素以及各因素对性能指标的影响曲线,建立了回归方程。优化计算为磨锉机设计提供了最佳参数的组合。结果表明该装置对加工甘薯淀粉有较好的适应能力。
The paper deals with the content of and the results obtainted fromtests. The working performances were evaluated for different indices: producti-vity, energy consumption, rate of amylum extraction and a weighted index. Themain factors and their curves influencing parameters are highlighted and theregression equations are established. Optimum parameters for the design of thegrinder are provided by an optimization technigue. The results showed that thisgrinder is more abaptable than other machinery for processing sweet potatoes.
