摘要
对平菇4个菌株研究的结果表明,生长在油菜杆培养料上最好的菌株是保加利亚侧耳。最佳的培养料配方是:油菜杆碎片72%,油菜杆粉10%,麸皮15%,白糖l.5%,过磷酸钙1.5%,选用气生型菌丝和爬壁能力强的菌株,并在培养料中适当补充氮源有利鲜菇产量的提高。
Four strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were grown; on rape stem me-dia. Pleurotus bulgaricus got the best results. Orthogonal test showed that thebest media composition for Pleurotus ostreatus was:broken rape stem (72%),pulverized rape stem (10%), bran coat (15%), sugar (1.5%) and calcium super-phosphate (1.5%). AS rape stem media has low N content and poor water retain-ing capacity,it is advisable to use aerophilic filaments and climbing strainsand add N Sources.
