本文从比较的角度 ,探讨国外教师继续教育目标、内容、形式 ,归纳教师继续教育的模式 ,为广州及我国的教师继续教育予以经验借鉴。

On the basis of comparison, this paper inquires into the training objective, content and form, and makes a summary of the model of teachers' continuing education abroad, in order to provide some valuable experience and inspiration for reference to the reform and development of teachers' continuing education in Guangzhou and China.
