摘要
田间试验结果表明,氮肥对大白菜生长发育有促进作用,随着氮肥用量增加,大白菜产量也相应增加。施尿素196,240,600kg/ha的产量,分别比对照增产18.53%,16.23%和23.69%。维生素C的含量施氮肥处理也均高于对照,但大白菜体内硝酸盐的含量也随着氮肥用量而升高,分别为对照的2.3,2.7,2.6倍。还原糖含量却随着氮肥用量的增加而减少。两季盆裁试验结果与田果效果一致。据此初步认为。氮肥虽然能提高大白菜产量。但品质却下降。为达到提高产量和改进品质的目的,有待进一步开展氮、磷,钾不同配比的试验。
In field experiments the cabbage yields of N treatments (urea 195,240 and 600 kg/ha) increased by 18.53%, 16.23%and 23.69% respectively asagainst the check. However, nitrate content in the cabbage was also increasedby 2.3, 2.7 and 2.6 times respectively. Reduced sugar content in the plant de-creased with the increase of N rate. Vc content in the plant of all the N treat-ments Was higher, among which N_2 treatment was 45.5% higher as againstthe check. Pot experiment results of two crops had good consistency with thatof field experiments. It can be concluded that N application increases ChineseCabbage yield,but results in reduction of its quality. It is necessary to studythe effect of different combinations of N, P, K on the yield and quality inorder to increase both yield and quality of Chinese Cabbage.
