旅游业在青海经济社会的发展中将起到重要的作用，但目前旅游业的状况却不尽如人意。发展青海旅游业，必须突破体制、人员素质、挖掘景点文化内涵和通过管理、经营去争取良好的社会效益与经济效益等四大难点。
