摘要
从可持续发展的视角出发 ,探讨西部开发中学术科研中心对经济发展的支撑作用和东部对西部自然资源保护的支持。
From the angle of sustainable development, the author points out that academic centers are vital to economic development in western development of China;meanwhile, the east can contribute a lot to resource conservation in the west.
