摘要
研究证实水稻褐鞘病只能由稻褐鞘病菌(Xanthomonas campestris pv.brunneivaginae)引起。稻鞘腐病菌(Sarocladium oryzae)人工接种只在孕穗期侵染发病,表现为鞘腐症状。褐鞘病菌培养液经细菌滤器过滤、四环素和氯仿处理,以及从病组织分离的噬菌体和按提取病毒的方法的提取液分别接种温选10号均不引起发病。病组织提取液及病组织超薄切片中未发现病毒颗粒。烤螨结果发现,每个剑叶叶鞘平均只有螨3只以下,狭跗线螨起着带菌传病作用。
Studies show that only xanthomonas campestri pv. brunneivaginae and Sarocladium oryzae can cause the disease. Inoculation of S. oryzae infects the sheath only on booting stage with the symptoms of sheath rot. Liquid culture of X.campestris pv. brunneivaginae was inoculated into the sheath of WenXian No. 10 after filtration with bacteria filter, tetracin (1000ppm) and chloroform treatment, No disease was found. Wen-Xian No. 10 inoculated with the juice of diseased sheath tissue and phage did not give any disease symptoms. No viruses were observed in pulification liquid and super thin sections of diseased tissue. Less than 3 mites were found in each flag leaf sheath. Steneotarsonemus spinki plays the role of pathogen carrier.
