摘要
大学生宿舍文化是校园文化的一个重要组成部分 ,加强宿舍文化建设是素质教育的内在要求。本文论述了宿舍文化的主要内容为物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化 ,指出行为文化和精神文化是宿舍文化建设的重点。抓宿舍文化的重点 ,着重要抓好集体主义教育、寝室人际关系教育、勤俭节俭教育。
College students' dormitory culture is such an important composition of campus culture that strengthening the building of dormitory culture is an essential requirement of quality education. This paper reveals that dormitory culture is mainly composed of such cultural elements as material, institutional, behaviour, and spiritual factors, behaviour and spiritual ones being the focal points. To strengthen the education of collectivism, bedroom-interpersonal relationship, and austerity and industry are the focuses for the building of dormitory culture.
