本文从多方面详细阐述了搞好教育实习的体会和建议，并指出教育实习质量的保证需要师范院校领导、实习学校、实习指导教师以及实习生等共同努力和配合，而指导教师的目标与责任免关重要。
This paper offers the authors' experience in and suggestions for educational practice, point ing out that a succaseful Practice depends on the efforts and cooperation of the college leadership,the practice school, the instructors and the practice teachers, especially the objectives and responsi bility of the instructors.
