摘要
在信息传递方式、采购方式、营销方式、生产运作方式和企业组织结构等方面,基于INTERNET技术的电子商务模式与传统营运模式存在着显著的差异,电子商务经营模式比传统的经营模式更具效率和低成本的优势.作者认为必须采用信息化的方式改造传统企业,对企业的信息网络、业务流程、组织结构、管理模式、供应链以及营销方式等各个相关方面进行整合、创新,把传统企业和电子商务的优势恰当地结合起来,通过电子商务方案的实施,提升传统企业的竞争力.基于此观点,文中进一步探讨了传统企业的电子商务策略及实施的主要步骤.
On information communication,purchase mode,marketing strategies,production and operation,organization structure,there are great differences between the e-commerce and the traditional business model. The e-commerce has advantage of more efficiency and lower cost. Through comparison of e-commerce with the traditional business model, it is suggested in the paper that the traditional enterprises should be reengineered by information, which combines the intranet, business process, organization structure, management, supply-chains, marketing style etc., integrating the e-commerce with traditional enterprise. The e-commerce applying will bring up the competence of the traditional enterprises. Based on this view, the e-commerce strategies and steps are discussed further in this paper.
