摘要
采用修改的Kalabuhov-SKVortsov呼吸装置同时测定三龄生中国林蛙在休眠期三个不同阶段空中呼吸和水中呼吸摄氧量,并参考Clifford和Brick的方法测定了休眠期林蛙的CO_2排出量. 结果表明,中国林蛙在休眠期主要靠皮肤呼吸, 以水下呼吸为主; 休眠中期皮肤摄氧量占总摄氧量的95%以上,皮肤呼吸在休眠期内保持恒定; CO_2的呼出量随休眠的加深而减少,按摄氧量的摩尔数计算,休眠中期的CO_2排出量为56%,处于休眠期的最低水平; CO_2的排出量和摄氧量存在体重差异.
The Oxygen consumption, CO_2 production, are measured for the Rana Chensinensis under their natural dormancy (pre-、 mid-、 post- hibernation). Aquatic and aerial respiration in freely-hibernating R. Chensinensis are mearsured by refitted Kalabuhov-skvortsov respirometer . Results showed that the Rana Chensinensis depended mainly on aquatic respiration during hibernation . The total oxygen consumption in midhibernation is lower than ones in pre-、post-hibernation with no significant difference in aquatic oxygen consumption during hibernation . when the hibernation is deeper, the less the value of CO_2 exhale is, the lower that of oxygen consumption is . The value of CO_2 exhale in mid-hibernation is 56% according to the number of oxygen consumption .
