This paper reviewed the 50-year development of the education in Liaoning province and in a scientificattitude, summarized past experience and lessons, which fwther strengthened that education should serve forsocialism. The paper forther clarified that we must conform with the development rules of education in order todevelop Liaoning into an educationally strong province and to serve for the economic and social progress.
