摘要
本文强调素质教育是一种个性化教育。文章分析了当前制约学生个性发展的因素和学生个性发展中存在的问题 。
The thesis,stressing that with qualification education is a kind of individualizing education , analyzes the factors which restrict the development of students individuality and the problems which exist in the development of individuality today, and also proposes new ideas of creating favourable conditions for students individuality development.
