The Present Situation and Tactics of New and Hi-tech Industry

本文结合东营实际 ,分析了高新技术产业发展中存在的问题 ;提出了加快高新技术产业发展的若干对策 ,主要包括 :加强组织领导 ,搞好统一规划 ;多方筹集资金 ,加大投入力度 ;优化政策环境 ,引进培养人才 ;加强企校合作 。

This article analyses the problems in the develpment of new and hi tceh industry,connecting with the reality of Dongying city.Several contermeasures are put forward to foster the new and hi tech industry rapidly.They are as follows:First,strengthening the leadership and organization,and making the uniform project.Second,cumulating the capital by all means and inceasing more input.Third,improving the policy circumstances,introducing and cultivating the talents.Fourth,enforcing the cooperation among the enterprises and colleges and bettering the establishment of hi tech garden.
