发展小城镇是带动农村经济和社会发展的一个大战略。为了解小城镇建设的实际情况 ,作者对山东省部分县、市、区进行了实地调查 ,取得了大量第一手资料 ,并对此进行了比较深入的分析。在此基础上作者提出加快小城镇建设的四条基本对策 :一是探索小城镇建设的多元化投入新机制 ;二是必须加大小城镇规划工作的力度 ;三是加快小城镇户籍制度改革 ;

Developing small sized towns is one of the most important strategies of economic and social development in China rural areas.To get the first hand information about small sized town construction,the author has taken thorough investigation and analysed a few counties in Shandong Province.According to the information,the author has developed four tactics to solve the priblems in the small sized town construction:build a new multiple investing mechanism,strengthen planning work,fasten the reform of household registration system,and follow the sustainable development model.
