摘要
本文对变态后牛蛙( Rana catesbeiana) 幼体的几种消化酶活性的变化、机体主要营养成分的含量进行分析与测定。结果表明,随着牛蛙幼体的生长发育,消化道内胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、α淀粉酶的活性分别提高了495 % 、125 % 、9280 % 。在幼蛙发育过程中,天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸含量提高幅度最大,分别为130 % 和4377 % 。机体微量元素中铁的含量随牛蛙日龄增长而显著下降,幅度达6842 % ;铜、锰、锌的含量则相对稳定。
After the metamorphosis of larvae,the activity of digestive enzymes and variety of nutrient compositions were studied in the Rana catesbeiana .The results showed that the pepsin,trypsin,α amylase activities were increased 495%,125%,92.80%,respectively,with the development of bullfrog larvae.During the development of larvae,the Asp and Glu were increased greatly,by 130%,43.77%,respectively.In the trace elements of body,the content of Fe was decreased 68.42%,and the level of Cu,Zn,Mn were stable,with the development of larvae.
