马尾松花粉形态及其变异的研究

Study on the Morphology Ultrastructure and Variation of Pollen of Pinus Massoniana

本文以自然分布区内马尾松花粉为试材,对花粉的形态及其变异进行了研究。结果表明马尾松花粉有两个气囊,气囊外壁为不规则的网状纹饰。花粉全长、体长、体高、气囊宽、气囊高、气囊壁厚及帽壁缘宽之间存在一定的比例关系。各地马尾松花粉形态变异极显著。

This Paper study the morphology, Ultrastructure and variation of pollen of Pinus massoniana. The result snows: the pollen of P. massoniana has two saccuses and one aperture. There is a rate between the lenghth of pollen, the lenghth of the body, the height of the body, the width of the saccus wall and the width of the marginal ridgy. The variations of morphological traits of pollen of P, massoniana are oavious.
