三轮农用运输车半轴强度分析与改进设计

Strength Analysis and Design Improvement of Tricycle Transporter Half Shaft

对三轮农用运输车半轴断裂原因进行分析，发现主要原因是半轴螺母锁定槽与螺纹所产生的应力集中。提出了螺母锁定方法的改进设计，大大降低了半轴的应力集中系数。经实际应用，效果很好，基本解决了半轴的断裂问题。

The fracture causes of tricycle transporter half shaft is analysed, which is because of the stress concentration at the shaft nut locking sIot and the thread. The improved design for nut locking has been proposed, which significantly reduces the stress concentration coefficent.The improved design shows a very good result. The half shaft fracturing is prevented.
