A Microcomputer Measuring & Controlling System for Centerless Grinding Machines

针对目前无心磨削加工精度检测中存在的问题，分析了磨削加工中所采用的测量方法和测量装置的原理，介绍了对工件误差实施自动测量与控制的计算机控制系统，实验证明本系统可以有效地提高零件的加工精度．

?In order to solve the problems which is in accuracy control for centreless grind ing, a computer-control system which can automatically measure and control the errors of workpiece is introduced based on the analyling the principles of measuring method and equipment, and is tested on the grinding machine. The results show that the machining accuricy of the workpiece can be effectively improved
