摘要
通过测定化学结合水、Ca(OH)2和AFt生成量及观察浆体断面形貌,分别研究了同掺和后掺蔗糖对德国波特兰水泥PZ35F水化和凝结的影响,并探讨了蔗糖的调凝机理.蔗糖延缓了CSH的形成,加速了(铁)铝酸钙水化产物的形成,浆体的凝结取决于水化产物的生成量,AFm及其固溶体可引起浆体闪凝.
The hydration and setting of Portland cement PZ35F in the presence of sucrose were studied in terms of the measurement of chemically bond water,Ca(OH)_2,AFt and observations on the fracture surface of cement paste.The addition amount of sucrose varied between 0.03% and 1.00% to cement.The effect of adding methode (direct or delayed adding) was observed.The results showed that sucrose retards the formation of CSH and accelerates the crystallization of aluminate (ferrite) hydrates.At the initial and final setting,in case the sucrose amount is a little or none,the formed hydrates are AFt and CSH mainly;while the addition of sucrose becomes more,AFt associated with crystalline syngenite and arcanite forms.As the sucrose reaches a defined amount (say 0.2%) the hydrates formed are AFt and AFm or AFmCH solid solution.The setting of Portland cement deponds on the type and quantity of hydration products.
