摘要
研究了单一陶瓷纤维、单一尼龙纤维及陶瓷尼龙混杂纤维水泥基复合材料的力学性能.结果表明:单一陶瓷纤维在3%体积掺量时,28d抗压强度可提高44%左右,抗折强度可提高7%~8%,抗冲强度可提高约16%;0.05%体积掺量的尼龙纤维使砂浆干缩开裂减小30%~40%;0.5%~2%体积掺量的尼龙纤维使砂浆抗冲强度提高到2~3倍.陶纤和尼纤体积掺量分别为2%~3%和0.25%~1%的混杂纤维水泥基复合材料在拌和物流动性可取的情况下抗压、抗折、抗冲综合性能较好.
The mechanical properties of monoceramic, mononylon and ceramicnylon hybrid fibre cement composites were tested. The results of experiments showed that when ceramic fibre was added to mortar with the volume fraction of 3%, the compression strength could be improved by about 44%, flexural strength could be improved by 7%~8%, impact strength could be improved by about 16%, when the volume fraction of nylon fibre was 0.5%~2%, the impact strength of mortar was improved by 2~3 times. Compared to the normal cement mortar, the crack by drying shrinkage of nylon fibre reinforced cement mortar was reduced by 30%~40% at the fibre content even as low as 0.05%. The optimum comprehensive properties of compression, flexural, impact strength with feasible workability could be gained by 2%~3% of ceramic fibre and 0.25%~1% of nylon fibre respectively in hybrid fibre cement composites.
