内盐湖环境中混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀破坏研究 被引量:27

摘要 位于内盐湖环境中的漯河—淮阳 2 2 0kV高压输电线的混凝土基础 ,在线路投入运行不到十三年即出现明显开裂。本文利用化学分析对土壤环境、混凝土粗集料的SO3 含量分析表明 ,环境土壤中SO2 -4 离子浓度较高(0 39~ 0 6 7% ) ,为可能的侵蚀源 ;利用化学分析、XRD分析、电子探针等对基础不同深度混凝土分析表明 :表层混凝土的SO2 -4 离子浓度高于混凝土本体 ,环境土壤中的SO2 -4 离子已渗透进入混凝土内部 ,与水泥水化产物反应生成了钙矾石 。 ? The concrete foundation of tower of Luohe Huaiyang high voltage transmission line,exposed to the environment of inland salt lake in the North of China,have cracked to different degrees on a large scale after thirteen year normal operation.Based on this durability damage of the concrete project,spot inspection and testing analyses were conducted.The results show that the sulfate attack may be one of the causes of concrete deterioration.The chemical analyses of surrounding soil and coares aggregate show that the density of sulfates is very large(0 39~0 67%) in the soil.The investigation made further analyses by XRD、electric probe and chemical analyses.The results indicate that the percentage of sultates in the surface layer concrete is bigger than that in the inner concrete.The sulfates have penetrated into concrete and formed Calcium Sulphoaluminate(ettringite) with the hydrates of cement,which identify the sulfate attack is one of the causes of concrete deterioration. 〔
