摘要
以南京市河西地区一幢住宅楼纠偏加固工程为实例 ,阐述了锚杆静压桩和掏土纠偏对不均匀沉降房屋的综合治理 ,在居民仍然居住的情况下把大楼纠偏扶正 ,使其满足了国家规范 ,圆满地通过了竣工验收 。
With the example of rectifying a deviation and reinforcing a living building which is still in use in “West Bank Region” in Nanjing,this paper explained the method of static pressure anchorage pile and rectifying a deviation of drawing out soil to handle foundation inhomogeneous sedimentation.The result meted the standard of national code and passed the final check.The accomplishment of this project has an important instructional significance in handling similar case in “West Bank Region”.
