摘要
目的 探讨端粒酶激活与口腔白斑发生、发展的相关性。方法 采用端粒酶聚合酶链反应酶联免疫吸附测定法,对30例口腔白斑(10例上皮轻度异常增生、10例中度异常增生、10例重度异常增生)组织中的端粒酶活性进行检测,并与10例正常口腔粘膜及10例口腔粘膜鳞癌的检测结果进行比较。结果 从正常口腔粘膜到轻、中、重度上皮异常增生白斑到口腔粘膜鳞癌,端粒酶活性水平呈逐步上升趋势;除上皮轻度异常增生白斑与正常口腔粘膜、上皮重度异常增生白斑与口腔粘膜鳞癌间无显著性差异(P>0.05)外,其它各组间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 端粒酶激活出现在口腔粘膜癌前病变的中晚期阶段,是细胞癌变的特异性标志之一。
Objective To determine the relationship of telomerase activity on the occurrence and development of oral leukoplakia. Methods Telomerase polymerase chain reaction (PCR) ELISA was applied to detect telomerase activity on 30 oral leukoplakia - OLK(10 mild dysplasia, 10 moderate, 10 severe), 10 oral normal mucosa (ONM) and 10 oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), and compare their detecting results. Results From ONM to OLK (mild→moderate→severe) to OSCC, telome- rase activity ascended gradually. There was no statistical difference between mild dysplasia OLK and ONM, severe dysplasia OLK and OSCC (P >0.05). Statisical difference was notable between other groups(P <0.01). Conclusion Telomerase activation may appear in the intermediate and late stage of oral mucosal precancerous lesions, and may be one of the specfic markers in cell cancerization.
