Comparative Study in Three Methods Of Medicinal Abortion of Mid - term Pregnancy

目的 研究口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止中期妊娠的效果。方法 观察效果并与利凡诺及天花粉羊腹腔内注射法比较。结果 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇组的有效率为９８．１％，与利凡诺及天花粉组之间无明显差异。完全流产率为６７．３％，平均引产时间为５５．６ ± ４．５ｈ，均介于其它两组之间。平均出血量为９５．３±８２．６ｍｌ，大于天花粉组，与利凡诺组无明显差异。仅有轻度胃肠道副反应。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止中孕是安全有效的方法。

Objective Research the curative effect of mifepristol (oral) accompanying with misoprostol (oral) to terminate mid - term pregnancy. Methods We observed the above medicinal efficacy and compared it with intramniotic cavity injection of trichosanthini and rivanolum. Results The incidence of efficacy of the mifepristone group was 98.1%. There was no significant discrepancy with rivanol group or the trichosanthin group. In the mifepristone group, the incidence of complete abortion was 67.3%, until the induction time of abortion persisting 55.6 ± 4.5h averagely which was between the other two groups. The average bleeding volume was 95.3 ± 82.6ml, being more than the trichosanthin group, but there was no significant difference with the rivalno1 gruop. Some patients of the mifopristone group had slight side effects of the gastrointestinal tract. Conclusion Miferiston accompanying misoprostol to terminate mid - term gestation is a safe and effective method.
