摘要
目的 观察微波治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 尖锐湿疣患者88人,随机分为微波治疗组和激光对照组,治疗后每周随访一次,如有新发皮损可再作治疗并观察创面愈合及继发感染情况,直至3月。结果 微波治疗组治愈率为84.4%,激光对照组冶愈率86.7%(P>0.05);而一次治疗治愈率微波组为78.9%;对照组为69.6%(P<0.05)。术后创面愈合天数微波组为6.6d,激光对照组为9.3d(P>0.05);继发感染率微波组为0.02%,激光对照组为0.09%(P<0.01)。结论 微波凝固治疗是一有效治疗尖锐湿疣的新方法,其一次治疗治愈率及继发感染率更优于激光对照组。
Objective To evaluate the effect of microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) to treat of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 88 patients with condyloma acuminatum were divided at ran- dom into the microwave group and laser group as contrast. Every patient was followed weekly for 3 months after treatment. To observe the healing of lesions and secondary infecting condition. If any new lesion was found, treatment was repeated. Results The cure rate of the microwave group is 84.4%, and that of the laser gruop was 86.7% (P>0.05). The once cure rate of the microwave group was 78.9%, and that of laser group is 69.6% (P<0.05). The mean healing time of the microwave group was 6.6 days, and that of the laser group was 9.3 days (P>0.05). The secondary infection rate of the microwave group was 0.02%, and that of the laser group was 0.09% (P < 0.01). Conclusion MTC is a new effective treatment for condyloima acuminatum. It's once cure rate and seconolory infection rate are both superior to those of the laser group as contrast.
