来氟米特和MTX治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :与甲氨喋呤 (MTX)相比较 ,观察来氟米特 (Leflunomide ,LFM)治疗类风湿关节炎 (rheumatoidarthri tis,RA)的疗效和安全性。方法 :用双盲随机对照的研究方法 ,将 16 0例RA病人随机分为两组各 80例 ,分别服用LFM每日 2 0mg和MTX每周 15mg ,疗程 2 4周 ,比较观察其疗效和不良反应。结果 :LFM和MTX均能明显改善RA的症状、体征和实验室指标 ,治疗 12周和 2 4周的有效率LFM组分别为 70 6 7%和 81 5 4% ,MTX组分别为 5 6 16 %和75 81% ;显著有效率LFM组分别为 33 33 %和 36 92 % ,MTX组分别为 2 8 77%和 35 48% ;不良反应的发生率LFM组为 15 15 % ,MTX组为 2 6 47% ,两组疗效和不良反应发生率差异均无显著意义 ,但LFM的不良反应程度较MTX轻。结论 :LFM治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效显著 。
