趾C形皮瓣修复手指环形组织缺损

Repairing circular tissue defect in finger by “C” shape hallucis flaps

目的 报道趾 C形皮瓣修复手指环形组织缺损的临床效果。 方法 在趾近节设计C形皮瓣移植于手指组织缺损处 ,移植组织中的皮肤、血管、神经、肌腱、骨等组织桥接相应的手指缺损组织。 结果 临床应用 11例 ,全部成活 9例 ,皮瓣部分坏死 2例。修复后的手指 ,外形近似健指 ,感觉、运动功能均达优良。 结论 趾 C形皮瓣移植修复手指环形组织缺损 。

Objective To repair circular tissue defect in finger with “C” shape flaps Methods Designing “C” shape hallucis flaps in the proximal segments of hallucis and transplanting them to repair the defect in fingersRepairing the corresponding tissue defect of skin,vessel,nerve,tendon and bone with the transplant tissues; Results Among the 11 cases applied clinically,complete survival in 9 casesPartial skin margin necrosis in 2 casesAll cases have excellent appearance,sensory and motor function; Conclusion Repairing circular tissue defect in finger by “C” shape hallucis flaps can recover the original function and appearance of the fingers
