湖南水环境发展趋势与对策

HYDROENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT TREND AND COUNTERMEASURE IN HUNAN PROVINCE

本文根据湖南水资源及其开发利用、管理与保护现状,研究了水污染与人口、经济发展的关系。研究表明,污水排放量与人口、工农业总产值增长呈极显著的正相关(r=0.9434,n=10)。在此基础上,提出了优化产业结构,合理空间布局;建设优良的工业景观生态系统等多种途径改善水环境,强化水环境深护与管理等对策。

This paper comprehensively analysed the relation among water pollution,economicdevelopment and population,which based on the characteristics of water resource in Hunanprovince.The result show that quantities of draining off polluted water,population andgross output value of industry and agriculture are striking positive interrelated(r=0.9434,n=10).After that we put forward a series of suggestions to improve hydroenvironmental andstrengthen water resource protection and management,i·e adjusting the struetion of in-dustry,distributing rationally industry,building excellent industrial landscape ecosystem.
