摘要
本文报道了铕激活的氧化钇、氧化镧、氧化钆、氧化镥及钇、镧、钆、镥的硫氧化物红色荧光粉的制备与其发光性质。实验证明以硫氧化钆为基质的荧光粉发光性能最佳,而硫氧化镧则为一种很有发展前途的基质。
In this paper,we report the preparation and luminescence properties of theEu^(3+) activated Y_2O_3,La_2O_3,Gd_2O_3,Lu_2O_3 and Y_2O_2S,La_2O_3S,Gd_2O_2S,Lu_2O_2Sred phosphors.Experiment have proved that luminescence properties of the phos-phor of taking Gd_2O_2S as host is the very best of its kind,and La_2O_2S is thehost which has a great future.
