摘要
本文试运用马克思唯物辩证法的观点揭示编辑选题组稿活动的本质,阐明学报编辑选题组稿的定义、分类、方法及其规律,旨从这个方面探索提高学报的整体质量问题。
This paper discusses editorial selecting of topics and soliciting of contributionsof college acdemic journals in the light of Marxist materialist dialectics,andgives the definition,method and classification for the work.
