摘要
用30 ug MT/1g饲料的甲基睾丸酮(Methyltestosterone,以下简称MT)处理革胡子鲇(Clarias lazera)仔鱼一段时间后,结果表明该剂量的MT对仔鱼的雄性化性反转是行之有效的,同时也表明该剂量的MT无论是对原来就为雄性个体的精巢发育,还是对性反转过来的个体精巢的发育都有雄性催熟作用.
The fries of Clarias lazera have been adminstered orally with methyltestosterone(MT)ata concentration of 30 ug per-gram of diet for a peroid of time.The result shows that thisdose of MT is not only effective to induce the sex reversal of the fries,but also has the fu-nction to improve the development of testes of both original males and sex reversal males.
