短时间和长时间运动通气阈与耐力跑成绩的关系 被引量:1

VENTILATORY THRESHOLD DURING SHORT-AND LONG-TERM EXERCISE RELATED TO ENDURANCE RUNNING PERFORMANCE

摘要 本文探讨了短时间运动通气阈(VTs)和长时间运动通气阈VT1以及最大吸氧量(VO_2max)与有氧耐力能力的关系,受试者为31名体育系男生,其有氧耐力能力由12min跑和85%VO_2max跑台跑的成绩确定.逐步用回归分析结果显示,在3个指标中,VT1能较好地预测以上两项跑的成绩(r分别为0.87,0.86),提示VT1是评定有氧耐力能力的重要指标. This paper investigted how the ventilatory threshold during short-and long-termexercise(VTl and VTs)and VO_2 max related to the ability for aerobic endurance.The subject was 31 male students.The ability for aerobic endurance was estimatedby performance of 12 minute running and 85% VO_2 max treadmill running.A stepw-ise multiple regression analysis indicated that in the above mentioned three indexs.VTl can best predicate the performace of 12-min running and 85% VO_2 max running(r=0.78 r=0.86).It was suggested that VTl may be a important index for esti-mating the ability in aerobic endurance.
