摘要
对红枣银耳粒粒饮料的加工工艺进行了探讨 ,开发出保健的红枣银耳粒粒饮料 ,为银耳的深加工提供了一条可借鉴的途径。
Processing of granular beverage was discussed in this paper. This naturaly health protective granular beverage which is made of red date and tremella has been developed. It provides a way of deep processing of tremella.
