从葡萄皮渣中提取白藜芦醇的研究 被引量:37

STUDIES ON THE EXTRACTION OF RESVERATROL FROM GRAPE SKIN AS A FUNCTIONAL SUBSTANCE

摘要 对功能性物质RPHS(以白藜芦醇为主成分的多羟茎芪类物质)的提取与分离、结构与含量分析进行了初步研究。确定了乙酸乙酯提取RPHS的条件:浸提时间40 m in、浸提温度80 ℃、料液比1∶40、浸提两次;硅胶柱层析精制条件:甲醇∶水(4∶1)的溶液的理想洗脱剂。经UV、IR 初步鉴定,证明提取物为RPHS,经TLC及HPLC分析,确定RPHS中的6 种成分:trans-resveratrol、cis-resveratrol、trans-piceid 和cir-piceid,另两种组分未见报导。 In this paper the extraction & separation,structure identification & content determination of RPHS has been carried out.The orthogonal test indicatd the optimum extraction condition of RPHS was 80 ℃,1∶40(grape pomace:ethylacetate),40 min,and extracted twice.Purified experiments with silica gel column showed 80% methanol was the ideal eluant.From the datum of infrared & UV spectra,it can be demonstrated that the extract was really RPHS.Six ingredients of purified RPHS were detected with HPLC.Four of them have been identified.They were trans resveratrol,cis resveratrol,trans piceid & cis piceid,Others have not been reported.
