摘要
介绍了低合金高强度钢基础标准GB1591的演变和发展过程,从1959年首次制标到现在,经过5次修订,每次修订的主要变化情况和存在问题,重点讲述了改革后的标准,即GB1591-94.新标准变化很大,采用了国际标准和国外先进技术,改变了钢号的传统表示方法,规定了加Nb、V、Ti等微量元素,进行微合金,并规定了控制轧制和热处理等工艺技术,大幅度提高性能指标和标准水平,促进技术进步和产品质量提高.
This paper introduces the evolution and development of the bole standard of low-alloy strength steel (GB1591). It puts stress on the revised standard (GB1591-94)The international standards and the foreign advanced technologv are adopted in the new standard. It changes the traditional expression of steel grade and speeds that Nb, V and Ti etc. can be added to obtain the microalloying. Finally, it also speeds the controlling rolling and heat treatment techniques, which improves greatly the performance index and standard level, thin promoting technical progress and raising the quality of the products.
