摘要
冀东水泥厂一线Φ4．5m×11．5m水泥磨经数年运转，进料端法兰短节出现宽80mm、深40mm的周向凹槽，几次修补均未消除隐患，后采用现场更换方案，经认真策划，精心施工，取得了成功。此次施工在国内尚属首例，节省投资150万元。
After several years operation， a peripheral notch of 80mm wide and 40mm deep is appeared on the short section of inlet head flange of φ4．5m×11．5m cement mill in Jidonq first production line． Being mended for several times， the hidden danger could not be removed． When adopting spot replacement，a success is made under serious planning and careful construction． This construction is the first done in china and 1．50 million Yuan is saved on capital investment．
