Superfine Products and Superfine Separator

超细产品有超细水泥和高细掺合料水泥，超细产品可降低水泥或混凝土的生产成本，并提高其强度，改善水泥性能，应用范围广阔。天津水泥工业设计研究院开发的TCX型超细选粉机结构独特，可用于多种物料的分选，产品调整范围宽，细度调节灵活方便，可生产高细矿渣粉、超细水泥、分选粉煤灰等，还可生产各种标号的水泥。该选粉机可适用多种生产规模，亦可进行大型化设计。此项目于2000年在葛洲坝水泥厂通过部级鉴定。

Superfine products include superfine cement and fine blended cement． Superfine cement can reduce production cost of cement or concrete and raise their strength and improve cement property and has a wide－range application． Type TCX superfine separator， developed by TCDRI， has unique design and can be applied in many mateirals separation with wide products adjustment and flexible fineness regulation． This type separator can produce fine slag powder， superfine cement and other types of cement as well as fly ash separation． Type TCX separator is applied to various production capacity and large installation design and has been appraised by SABMI in Gezhouba Cement Plant in 2000．
