摘要
本文利用机械结构应力分析方法，对ＹＺ１０型振动压路机机架进行了结构强度试验，并进行了数据处理和分析，得出了机架结构的应力分布。最后利用ＳＡＰ５有限元分析程序，验证了试验分析方法和结果的正确性。为今后大中型振动压路机的设计提供了依据。
Frame structure strength test for vibratory roller YZ10 is tested. Mechanical structure stress analysis method is used and data processing and analysis are performed. Finally SAPS finite element analysis program is used to verify the test analysis method. The result shows that it is correct. It provides the basis for designing large and middle vibratory roller after-wards.
