摘要
本文在臭氧消毒过程数学模型的研究基础上,进一步对臭氧消毒系统作了费用分析研究。文中提出了臭氧消毒系统的费用敏感参数——臭氧投加量和接触时间。结合实际生产运行,建立了臭氧消毒系统的费用估算模型。根据臭氧消毒系统工艺要求和消毒水平,完成了以年费用最小为目标函数的臭氧消毒系统优化设计。建议采用“图解——枚举”的优化方法。
Based upon the mathematical model study of ozone disinfection, this paper has' made the cost-analysis and proposed the cost-sensitive parameters of the ozone disinfection system---ozone dosage and contact time. The cost estimation model has been established on the basis of practical operation. According to the technological requirements and the disinfection level of the system , taking the total minimal annual costs as objective function,the paper presents optimum design of the ozone disinfection systm and suggests using The Diagram-Enumeration 'optimum method.
