On Personality Education Toward Juvenile

青少年人格教育是现代学校发展的方向和必备的教育内容。人格并不完全是与生俱来 ,有些内容是可以通过教育手段来改变的。分析我国目前青少年人格状况 ,阐述人格教育的必要性和深远意义 ,同时探讨学校通过教育手段改善青少年人格现状的方式与方法。

Personality education toward juvenile is the developing direction and teaching content of modern schools.Personality is not totally inherent,some of which can be changed by means of education.This article analyses the current juvenile's personality situation in our country,the necessity and profound significance of personality education,and at the same time,explores patterns and methods schools should adopt to improve the current situation of juvenile's personality through education.
