构建中国西北旅游圈对促进我国西北地区经济发展具有重要的作用 ,是高起点迎接旅游业转型 ,加快建设西北地区旅游中心城市的重要措施。陕甘宁、古丝绸之路、西宁和乌鲁木齐四大旅游圈的建立 ,将极大地带动西部地区旅游业的发展。要树立大旅游观念 ,加强整体旅游产品的开发和促销工作 ,提高整体管理水平 ,加强和完善综合配套设施 。

Creating tourism region in the northwest part of China is very important task to promote economic development of the region. This article tries to explore creating steady comparatively tourism region to enhance tourism economic benefit of the region. Meantime, according to the actual condition of tourism development in the northwest part of China. It provides a conception to create four national tourism regions and upgrades the necessary acquaintance of people to create tourism region in the northwest part of China.
