本文就物业管理专业人才培养目标的定位、物业管理专业人才所需的知识结构和业务技能进行了探讨，并提出了建立物业管理专业课程体系的构想。

Based on a discussion of the objectives of the property management speciality, knowledge structure and professional skills required of the students in the speciality, this paper puts forward a proposal on the curriculum provision for the property management speciality.
