摘要
本文分析了我国“定向型”的教师培养模式和师范生职业心理定向中存在的问题,在此基础上,有针对性地论述了当前师范生培养中必须重视促进“教师心理”发展、树立现代教学思想、突出教学能力、培养“活动课程”的教学设计和组织能力等,以促进师范生对教师工作的深刻认识,提高从事中等教育和教学的能力。
Based on an analysis of the problems existing in the “teacher oriented” model of teacher training in China and the prospective teachers professional psychological orientation , this paper emphasizes that teacher training should help the students develop their “teachers psychology”, establish modern teaching thought, and cultivate practical teaching ability and the ability to design and organize “activity curricula”.
