Ｍｉｃｒｏｓｏｆｔ Ｅｘｃｅｌ 是运行在 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ 环境下的一个电子表格软件， 它具有较强的图表处理功能、丰富的函数库和宏命令， 为用户在原有的基础上进行二次开发提供了极大的方便。借助于 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ 中的 Ｄ Ｄ Ｅ 功能， 用户只需要产生出相应的数据， 并将其传递给 Ｅｘｃｅｌ， 即可生成自己的图表。本文介绍了 Ｅｘｃｅｌ 的应用特性， 并就 Ｄ Ｄ Ｅ 的功能进行描述， 最后还较详细地介绍了使用 Ｅｘｃｅｌ 产生动态图表的内部具体的执行方法。
Microsoft Excel is a software of electric table under Windows. It has a strong function in dealing with tables, a function base and macro command, which is convenient for the user′s exploitation. With the aid of the DDE function under Windows, the user can create tables only through transmission of correspondent data to Excel. This paper first introduces the application speciality of Excel, then describes the DDE function, and at last introduces how to create the table inside Excel.
