摘要
从教育媒体发展的角度 ,对教师素质的变化加以回顾 ,并着重分析了现代信息技术条件下对教师素质提出的新的要求 ,从教育观念的变化、知识结构和能力等几个方面讨论了这些变化和要求。
This article reviews the changes of teacher′s quality from the angle of the development of educational media , and particularly analyses the new quality that teachers must have under the situation of modern informational technology. It approaches these changes and quality from educational sense, structure of knowledge, ability and so on.
