摘要
实施西部大开发战略 ,加快中西部地区发展 ,是我国现代化战略的重要组成部分 ,是党中央审时度势作出的重大决策。本文根据我国东部与中西部地区近 2 0年经济发展的有关资料 ,分析了东部与中西部经济差距的产生、扩大的基本原因 。
Based on the information related to the economic development in the west and the eastern coastal areas since 1982, this paper analyses the basic causes of the emergence and expansion of the economic difference, and discusses the effective measures to lessen this difference.
