本文认为诚实是高校科研人员职业道德中的主要特征 ,同时针对高校某些人的抄袭、剽窃行为加以剖析 ,指出其危害性并提出几点防范措施。

This paper holds that honesty is the major feature of scientific research personnel's professional morality in the institution of higher learning. It analyses some plagiarism in the institution of higher learning, points out its harmfulness, and proposes some countermeasures.
