摘要 回顾了领导心理学的两大理论分野──认知理论与动机理论──各自的发展历程与主要议题,在此基础上勾勒出领导心理学的研究主旨及其主要贡献;探讨了领导理论的地位与未来的发展态势,并就领导心理学的当前定位作出了总结性的评论。 In this article the author takes a look back at the dividing line between the two principal theories of leadership psychology── the cognitive theory and the motivative theory in terms of their respective courses of development and topics for discussion, and on the basis of such a review he sketches the outline of the purport of the research on leadership psychology and their major contributions. Then the author explores into the status of the theory of leadership and its future developmental posture, and finally he makes a summing-up commentary on today's orientation in the field of leadership psychology.
