Soon after the cold war, competition in economy has been extended to all parts of the world, and with such a trend, an upsurge in culture has appeared in different countries. The manifestation of up- to-date spiritual culture has become a significant feature of the present society. As a result of this, the study of culture, especially of spiritual culture, has become the focus of academic attention for the whole world in our era. Study of the value of contemporary spiritual culture is the crucial part of such academic concern, which has a realistic and far-reaching significance to the promoting of social and economic de- velopment and to the deveopment of human beings as well.
